Neat & Tangled October Release & Giveaways - Day 3

Hi everyone!  It's Day 3 of the Neat & Tangled October release and we have some more wonderful products to showcase today.  Today we're featuring a new sentiment set and coordinating dies from Danielle called winter and a great basic 3x4 solid stamp.

I used that solid block to create the background/patterned paper here.  I used three shades of light ink and my MISTI to stamp the background using random stamping.  For large solid stamps, sometimes you need to ink multiple times to get really good even coverage, but in this case I wanted a more translucent look, so I didn't bother with that.  I like the bit of texture that I was able to get from the stamping.  I love the different shades that you get from the overlapping blocks.

The sentiments are from the winter set, and then I added a few trees from the Scandinavian Prints Christmas set as well as one of the flourishes from the Sweet Treats Sentiments set that was revealed yesterday.  It kind of reminds me of a shoreline, with trees lining the outside of the landscape.

Super quick and easy, but I love the look!

Head on over to the Neat & Tangled blog and leave a comment to be entered to win today's featured products.  I'll be giving away a set of my new products this week also.  To be entered, be a follower, and leave a comment.  Come back tomorrow for our final reveals!
