Neat & Tangled April Release - Day 4 and Giveaways

It's the last day of release reveals and today we're showing off my newest cover plate, Inlaid Squares.

Similar to the Square and Chevron plate from last month, this one doesn't really have the 'ribbing' so you get a very clean look.  For this first card, I die cut both a panel of white cardstock as well as a piece that I created using Alcohol Inks.

Note: I don't own any of that fancy Yupo paper, I use sheets of photo paper (Canon Selphy paper) when I work with Alcohol Ink.

Then I just inlaid the pieces alternating between the white and alcohol ink pieces.

The sentiment is from the So Many Sentiments set.

For this next card, I wanted to add some dimension to my card.

Here I was able to use the white pieces that were left over from the previous card.  I also die cut the cover from a piece of patterned paper.  I really love how the striped paper plays against the squares.

The white pieces were all popped up with foam tape.

The sentiment here was also from So Many Sentiments.

For this last card, I was able to use some leftover square pieces.  Just a fun geometric design and a great way to use leftovers.

Again, I chose a bright and graphic patterned paper which the white and black squares would pop against.

This one also features a sentiment from So Many Sentiments.

That's all for me today, but you definitely want to head over to the Neat & Tangled blog to check out what the rest of the team created and enter to win today's featured products.

I am also giving away some new products this week.  To be entered leave a comment on my new release posts.  For extra entries, check out my giveaway posts on Instagram (@mprantner).  Winners will be announced tomorrow!
