Neat & Tangled May Release and Giveaways - Day 2

Time for Day 2 of Neat & Tangled's May release and today we're showing off a new set from Elena called Paint Night.

I think I say this every month, but this is just the cutest set.  I love the artistic kiddos and all the fun combinations.

For my card I chose to use the big girl with the brush and had her paint a portrait (the easel is actually blank and there are a few images you can use within it).

The images were colored with Copics and then die cut.

On the panel, I added a bit of soft inking to create the ground line/wall using Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxides, stamped and colored the sentiment, and then put it all together.

Now it's time to head to the Neat & Tangled blog to check out some more inspiration using this set.  Leave a comment here too.  I'll be choosing some winners from comments this week to receive some of my new products, the first of which will be revealed tomorrow.  See you then!

  16. Love your card! The little artist looks so proud of her painting. It reminds me of when my daughter would bring artwork home from school and put it on the refrigerator. Absolutely adorable!
