Here's my card for the hop:

I'm using the new Papel Picado set and decided to play with my Hero Arts neon inks (pink, orange, yellow, and blue) too.

I created a double layer of banners, first stamping the banner piece on the reverse side, so you get a solid image, in pink, orange, and yellow.  Then I stamped a second layer of banners, offset, using pink, blue, and yellow....this mixes the colors, adding green, purple, and some other shades of orange to the mix.

I used a heat gun to make sure that the neon ink was fully dry, and then turned the banner stamp over to the right side stamping the detailed image over the second layer of borders.

A thin strip of black cardstock and sentiment from Papel Picado finish it off.

Your next stop on the hop is Nina Yang, but the full list is below in case you get turned around.  Thanks so much for stopping by and hope you have a wonderful holiday!
