Peonies - 30 Day Coloring Challenge

I needed to create something just for fun the other day, no assignments, just creating to create.

I got this gorgeous image by Catherine Scanlon a while back.  I don't normally buy rubber stamps, but I just couldn't resist.  It's been languishing in my pile of stamps that need stamping, and I decided this was the week to pull it out.

I opted to go with some no line watercoloring.  This was just fun and relaxing to do.  I probably should have colored the water/clear glass a little more since I went with such a dark background...next time.

This one took a couple days to finish, but I thought it would be perfect for kicking off the 30 day coloring challenge.  I'm hoping to do a better job of keeping up than I have with the previous challenges.

If you want to get in on the challenge, head over to Kathy's blog to get all the details and link up.

Thanks for stopping by, have a great day!
