Neat & Tangled June Release & Giveaways - Day 1
Hey everyone! It's release week at Neat & Tangled, and we're kicking things off with a new set from Danielle called Bloom.
I am in love with this set. It's got a couple handlettered sentiments and also some great florals.
For my card today I went with a neutral, monochromatic color scheme. I stamped the main floral image on both ends of my cardstock (using the MISTI so it's perfectly centered/evenly spaced) to frame the sentiment and colored it with Copics. I mostly used cool grays, but added a big of light pink to the little circles to soften it up a bit. I also went around the sentiment with the C1 marker. it's hard to see it in the photos, but I think it makes the sentiment pop a little more. A black and white print for the base finished things off.
Those flowers are so pretty aren't they? You definitely want to swing over to the N&T blog to see what the full set looks like and to enter to win this set as Danielle is giving one away to a lucky commenter.
I have several items in the release this month and I'll be picking some winners too. I'm going to mix things up a bit, and I'll be picking winners from comments both here and on Instagram. So leave a comment here and each day this week, and then head over to IG (@mprantner) for an extra chance. I'll announce the winners on Friday. See you back here tomorrow!
