I used that solid block to create the background/patterned paper here. I used three shades of light ink and my MISTI to stamp the background using random stamping. For large solid stamps, sometimes you need to ink multiple times to get really good even coverage, but in this case I wanted a more translucent look, so I didn't bother with that. I like the bit of texture that I was able to get from the stamping. I love the different shades that you get from the overlapping blocks.
The sentiments are from the winter set, and then I added a few trees from the Scandinavian Prints Christmas set as well as one of the flourishes from the Sweet Treats Sentiments set that was revealed yesterday. It kind of reminds me of a shoreline, with trees lining the outside of the landscape.
Super quick and easy, but I love the look!
