Neat & Tangled March Release & Giveaways - Day 1
Happy Monday! It's release week at Neat & Tangled and today we're showing off a new stamp/die set from Danielle called Spring. This is kind of a companion set to her Winter set that came out last year.
I'm ready for spring, and I wanted to create a really soft spring feeling card. I started by very lightly stamping a medallion using the Medallion Flower Builder set. I don't actually have inks this light, this is actually second generation stamping with some very light Altenew inks.
Once that was done, I stamped the sentiment in two shades of warm gray ink, also from Altenew.
After I finished I decided that it was almost too light, so I added some shaded accents to the medallion with Copics and also added some accents to the main spring sentiment.
I added a patterned paper mat behind my stamped panel, and instead of adhering them directly to the card base, I just stitched them on at the top of the card.
That's all for me today. Be sure to head over to the Neat & Tangled blog where you can enter to win today's featured products.
Leave a comment here too. I have a couple new products in this release and I'll be drawing a winner for one of them from comments left on the blog this week.
See you back here tomorrow for Day 2!
