This month's EH Mix it Up Challenge features Concord and 9th. I just got my first Concord and 9th order, and wanted to play along. I had picked up the new Joy die as well as the Sophisticated Script upper and lower case sets. I've been eyeing them for a while and finally pulled the trigger.
Since I've been woefully bad about working on Christmas cards, I thought I would add another one to my sad little stack via this challenge.
I used one of my favorite EH stamps, this pine sprig from the Christmas Scribbles set. I use this particular stamp a lot, it's just the right size and fullness. Perfect for framing or a focal point.
Anyway, this one is pretty simple and straightforward. I stamped it several times to create a frame at the top of my panel and then watercolored with my Kuretake Gansai watercolors.
Then I stamped the sentiment below in Versafine and clear embossed it.
It's a great one layer card, perfect for mailing.
The alphas stamped so easily....I am not a good stamper, but this set is just so easy to use!
Hope you are having a great week!
