100 Days of School - Layout of the Week
I didn't get much crafting in this week, but at least I'm still on track with my plan to scrap at least one layout a week. In honor of school starting, I thought I would scrap Ellie's 100th day of school.
Since i wanted to include Ellie's 'hat' from school, which is pretty large and bold, I opted to go with a very simple layout otherwise.
I used Amy Tan's Sketchbook collection. I added some of my own doodles to the frame that is printed on the paper to ground it a little with some more black. One of the zip strips doubled as faux washi, and I cut one of the frames from another sheet of patterned paper for the journaling.
Quick and easy. Hope you're having a great weekend!
Supplies Used
Paper/Cardstock: American Crafts - Amy Tangerine Sketchbook Collection
Other: American Crafts - Black Precision Point Pens 01 and 05, Custard and Basic Thickers; Tombow - Mono Adhesive
