Guest Designing for Paper Smooches - Week 5

Hey everyone!  This month has flown!  There were actually five Wednesdays this month, so I have a 'bonus' guest post.

My first card this week, is a very CAS inlaid die cut design.  I created a color blocked pattern and added some accents using the cross stitches from the stitched dies, in gold of course.  The sentiment was also die cut in both black and gold and inlaid using gold for the negative portions of the sentiment.



For my second card I thought I would stretch my stamps a bit and give them a different look.  I used one of the branches from Blossoming Buds to create a tone on tone pattern.  The two little birds from Kudos were then stamped in red and I die cut/inlaid the sentiment using the previously released Christmas Words dies.



And another card for my Christmas Card stash is done!
