Congratulations

If you've followed me for a while, you know that I love to paper piece.  Most often I paper piece with stamps of specific images, but today I'm piecing with a background stamp.

I am in love with this background stamp from Hero Arts.  There are so many possibilities with it.

For this card it was stamped multiple times on cream and black cardstock using black ink, Versamark with gold embossing, and Bamboo Ink.

Then the different parts of the design were fussy cut and layered together.

I added a thin strip of gold cardstock at the bottom to ground the design and a sentiment from Altenew.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Supplies Used
Paper/Cardstock:  PTI - Black cardstock; Avery Elle - Cream cardstock; Recollections - Gold cardstock
Stamps:  Hero Arts - BasicGrey Spice Market Large Petal Background; Altenew - Magnolias for  Her
Ink:  Versamark; Versafine; CTMH - Bamboo
Other:  CTMH - Gold embossing powder; Tombow - Mono Adhesive
