MFT Sketch 244



Time for another sketch from MFT.



The new release is live, which means I get to use some of my new goodies.  Today I'm focusing on the new Delicate Pretty Poppies set.



The flowers were colored with Copics, and to add some texture and interest, I used the Scattered Bars Stencil on the background.  I used some paste, and once it was dry added a light wash with my Kuretake Gansai watercolors.  I also painted a few of the bars with a more saturated brush.

    Just phenomenial Miriam! I saw a lot of pretty poppies, but these you made are, by far, my fav ;)! The scattered/textured background is unexpected and SUCH a great contrast. Love this. :)
