I've never met a sketch with stars in which the stars weren't stars.
For this one I used a mini ink blender to create circles around where the stars were going to go. In this way I inked the entire background and then went back and added a bit of Lemon Chiffon ink to the centers of where the stars are.
Then I added the die cut stars as well as some star embellishments and the sentiment.
