Etched Flowers Take 2

One of the cards that I teach in my Craftsy class (which also appears in the promotional photo) uses the Etched Flower background from My Favorite Things.

For that card I watercolored the flowers, but I wanted to show how the technique could be adapted, so I created this bonus card.  This is essentially the same card, but in a much simpler (and faster) and a bit more striking/elegant, the image was just embossed in gold on black cardstock and then cut out.  Super easy.

I added a gold cardstock mat and a die cut sentiment.  There's also a bit of embossing on the edges of the strip that the sentiment is attached to as a finishing touch.

Happy Wednesday!
