It's been pretty warm in Virginia lately, so I'm channeling some cooler weather with today's card.
I started by stamping my Rotating Quadrants background in Flannel on some white cardstock and trimming that down to create my. background panel which was stitched onto my card base.
Then I die cut the Buckeye Leaf from Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored it with Copics using E77, E09, YR09, YR04, Y19, Y15, and Y13.
To add a bit of drama to the card, I added not one, but two layers of foam adhesive, and then positioned the leaf in the center of my card.
I used a simple Reverse Sentiment Strip for the sentiment which was also popped up with two layers of foam tape.
To finish things off, I added a trio of clear sequins.
I love how the oranges really pop against the soft gray background!
There's a new release coning from Simon on Thursday. See you back here then for some new release fun!
