The Craft's Meow January Sketch
Here's my card for this month's Craft's Meow sketch. If you're a follower of my blog, you know that I like to stretch my stamp sets, use stamps in ways they might not normally be used, and highlight some of the smaller stamps in the sets.
This is another one of those cards. I'm in a Valentine's Day frame of mind these days, but I don't have a Valentine's Day Craft's Meow stamp set. This card uses All the Merry Best. I used the small snowflake set and White Daisy pigment ink on the die cut heart to create a doily effect.
Then I used the star stamp around the edge of the circle piece to create a border.
On the the base piece of cardstock, I scored the bottom half every 1/4", and then lightly swiped my ink pad over it to create pattern/texture.
Thanks for stopping by!
