I've got a super quick and easy card to share today featuring the Geo Leaf Background.
Backgrounds with larger solid images are perfect for the stamp kissing technique.
I started by placing my Geo Leaf background onto my stamping platform and inking it up with Field ink.
Next I placed the Stained Glass background over the inked Geo Leaf background, pressed gently, and then removed it.
The Geo Leaf background was then stamped onto a piece of green cardstock.
I love the crackled effect this created on the stamped image. The Stained Glass background was a perfect one to use for this technique because you don't need to worry at all about lining it up correctly on the other background.
My stamped piece was then trimmed down. I added a mat created from that same green cardstock that I swiped with the Field ink on the edges.
The sentiment, from the Reverse Yay sentiment strips, was popped up with foam tape.
