Nine times out of ten, if I get a floral stamp set, I will zero in on the greens, which is exactly what happened when I picked up this Fresh Air Fall Flowers set to work with....I gravitated right to this little trio of green leaves.
I started by randomly stamping the solid leaves with Aspen, then went back and stamped the stems/veins with Pine. I used the berries stamps to fill in the gaps in the stamping, using Cheeky for the berries themselves, and Cherry for the accents.
My panel had a bit of a rustic feel, so I added some stitching around the edges.
I stamped the sentiment, from the Holiday Greetings set, with both Aspen and Pine for an ombre effect, and added a kraft mat that I inked with Aspen using a blending brush.
This was a pretty quick and easy card to put together, and you could definitely mass produce it, especially if you simplified things like omitting the stitching, or stamped the sentiment in a solid color.
Thanks for swinging by!
