I got to play with these Frosty Pines dies from The Greetery during my crafty weekend last month, and whipped up a quick little card.
I started by creating the base panel, inking the background with Stormy Sky Distress Ink, and adding some sparkly snow using glitter paste and a snow stencil.
I also die cut a snowy landscape for the bottom of the card.
The trees were created by die cutting the trunks and greens from colored cardstock. I adhered the green pieces to the trunks create the basic trees. The greens were then cut a second time from white. I clipped off the tops of those pieces to create snow, adhering them to the top of my green pieces.
For some extra sparkle, I added glitter to those white pieces.
Those cute little bunny dies are part of the die set. They were cut from a light gray and placed beneath the tree on the left.
A simple sentiment finished things off. It's a little hard to see all the sparkle in the photos above, but you can see the ma bit better below:
We actually got. bit of snow yesterday morning. It doesn't stick around long here in Virginia, but it was a fun surprise to wake up to!
Have a great day!
