You're the Nicest!

I just had to have this You're the Nicest word die set from The Stamp Market.  I love the sentiment and the font, and just everything about it, so I picked it up during their Mother's Day sale.

I wanted a really cute image to go with this sentiment, so I pulled out the Find a Reason to Smile set from Love Cynthia and inked up this little girl.  She was colored with Copics (I used BG32, BG45, and BG49 for the dress, E21, E23, and E29 for hair, E000, E00, and E02 for skin, and R11 for her rosy cheeks), and fussy cut.

I then used the same three Copics that i used for her outfit to color a scrap piece of cardstock, creating an ombre effect.  I die cut the sentiment from that colored piece and the outline from white cardstock, and then adhered the letters to the outline.

That black and white plaid print is from The Stamp Market's Color Crush Patterns paper pack, and the little girl and sentiment were popped up with foam tape over it.  I think the plaid adds a bit of chic sophistication to balance the cute of the card.

Thanks for visiting!
