SSS Yay You Release Day

Happy Wednesday!  It's a release day at Simon Says Stamp.  The new Yay You release is so much fun.  For today's card, I just had to color the new Arches Background stamp.

There's nothing fancy about my coloring, I thought it would be fun to create an ombre effect with my Copics.  I started with some blue greens, moved to greens, then yellow greens, and then some yellows.  

Here are all the. markers I used (not necessarily in this order):  BG49, BG13, BG11, G17, G16, G14, G12, G09, G05, G03, G02, YG25, YG23, YG21, YG17,YG09, YG07, YG06, YG01, Y04, Y08, and Y19.  Phew, it was a lot of them, but I love how it turned out.

For the sentiment, I used the new Yay You set, embossing the primary and secondary sentiments in white.  I used the coordinating die to partially cut the top of the sentiment, and them trimmed out the bottom, popping the finished piece up with foam adhesive.

Super easy card to create!
